Reception
and transportation
Reception at the International Airport of Bamako-Sénou is ensured by a
team from the Protocol of the Republic , specially dedicated to this task.
For participants without Visas, visas will be available for on the spot
issuing at the International Airport of Bamako Sénou.
Shuttles
from the Airport to Hotels, and from Hotels to the International
Conference Centre will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
Accommodation
Below
is the list of a few hotels that the Organizing Committee has contacted
and selected because of their proximity to the International
Conference Centre of Bamako (CICB). We hope you will find
your choice in these hotels.
In addition,
if you wish, the Commission is available to help you book one of these
hotels.
Catering
Free
lunches and coffee will be served at the International Conference Centre
of Bamako. Both will be offered by the Government.
Confirmation
of return flights
Upon your arrival in Bamako, you can speak to the Information Service
officers, located in the hall of the International Conference Centre of
Bamako, to confirm your flights.
Event
An
official dinner will be offered on Wednesday June 11th, at 8 pm
.
